Q: HOW MUCH DO YOUR PLANTERS COST?
A: We currently offer two varieties of handcrafted planters:

• Styrofoam Planters – $50 each (available for shipping, $10 per planter)

• Plastic Planters – $65 each (local pickup only in Pittsburgh)

Styrofoam planters are shipped individually to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Plastic planters must be picked up locally.

• Planters – Made from either lightweight styrofoam mannequin heads or durable plastic mannequin heads.

• Earrings – Handcrafted from basswood or acrylic.

• Affirmation Mirrors & Journals – Created with quality wood, acrylic, and other durable materials.

Q: WHAT IS HYDRO MANE?
A: Hydro Mane Hair & Beard Oils are handmade blends of natural oils and fragrances designed to nourish, soften, and promote healthy growth for both hair and beards. They’re lightweight, non-greasy, and perfect for anyone looking to keep their hair healthy and hydrated.

Q: WHAT SCENTS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Hydro Mane is offered in a variety of refreshing scents such as Peppermint, Lemon, Vanilla, Pound Cake (a mixture of vanilla and lemon), and Original. Each scent is carefully blended to provide nourishment and a lasting fragrance.

Q: HOW DO I USE HYDRO MANE?
A: Use the included dropper to apply a few drops directly to your scalp, beard, or hair. Gently massage the oil into the roots and strands with your fingertips, or rub a few drops between your palms and smooth over your hair or beard. Use daily or as needed for best results.

💡 Tip: Apply at night and wrap with a scarf or durag to help lock in moisture overnight.

Q: HOW SHOULD I STORE IT?
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For external use only.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7-10 business days after processing.

Q: DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
A: Yes! Local pickup is available in Pittsburgh for select items, including our plastic planters ($65 each) as well as earrings, journals, affirmation mirrors, Hydro Mane oils, and other products. If you’d prefer pickup instead of shipping, just let us know at checkout and we’ll coordinate a convenient time and location.

Q: CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PLANTERS?
A: To keep your planter safe, each styrofoam planter must be shipped in its own box. Shipping is $10 per planter.

A: Because all items are handmade, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

• Planters – For indoor decorative use only. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight to preserve the finish.

• Earrings – Store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

• Hydro Mane Oils – Keep capped tightly, store in a cool, dry place, and avoid direct sunlight.

• Affirmation Mirrors – Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture to prevent scratching.

• Journals – Keep away from liquids and store flat when not in use to prevent bending. Handle covers with care to avoid scratches.
